Gallery - Kinzoku Koi series

'Kinzoku' is the japanese word for 'metal' and encompasses all types of metal. I am fascinated by the patterns and variety of koi. I use these pieces as studies for the larger pieces, to see what effects, textures and colours I can tease out of the different metals, however when placed together they become works of art in their own right. This popular series will be available at a number of different events throughout the year.

The pieces below are all 25cm x 25cm (framed), the same size as the 'Ancient Nature' and 'Zodiacal Nature' collections and are designed to be seen side by side with those collections.
